Please make an appointment with us in advance and attend the assessment meeting on time so that our psychologist can provide enough time to examine your case.

On the assessment day, register personal information, including clinical history. Our psychologist needs to determine an appropriate assessment plan and treatment advice accordingly.

The psychologist will have an interview (Approx. 30 mins) with the parents on the assessment day to collect information about their children’s current learning, emotional, and behavioral functioning.

After collecting the information, the psychologist will decide the most appropriate assessment for the child. Assessment sessions may take 1-2 visits (Approx. 2 hrs/visit) depending on the child’s progress and the case's complexity.

A full assessment report (English) will be available 1-2 weeks from the assessment date. The psychologist will explain the assessment results and provide interventions and treatment recommendations (30-45 mins).

In response to the nature of the case, the psychologist may recommend appropriate training and treatment for children, and if necessary, will refer the case to government services for further follow-up.
